Greenleaf Zorra The Great Salad

2 oz. Baby Arugula                       
2 oz. Romaine Lettuce, chopped             
2 oz. English Cucumber, diced               
2 oz. Kalamata Olives, pitted                
1 oz. Red Onion, julienned                  
5 Baby Tomatoes, halved               
1 teaspoon Fresh Basil, sliced in a chiffonade         
2 oz. Fresh Hummus                   
1 oz. Baked Pita Chips                   
1.5 oz Garlic Herb Vinaigrette               

Optional: Add 1 ounce of Feta Cheese (additional 75 calories)


Combine all ingredients and toss with dressing. Serve immediately.
