Hand-Whipped Cream via The Poor Porker

Hand-whipped cream

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon granulated sugar

Chill a stainless-steel mixing bowl in the freezer for 20 minutes. Then add the cream and sugar to the bowl and whisk until smooth. This might take a little bit, but don’t over-mix or you’ll have butter!
