Everyone knows artists starve, and while Pearl’s current 50% off sale can’t help them eat, it can help them feed their souls through art (kill yourself, day job, for depleting so many of my braincells that I actually wrote that sentence).
Anyway, the salesclerk told me the storewide sale would be going on ‘indefinitely,’ which I’m pretty sure is code for ‘we’re going out of business.’ As most of us will not have dreamy Ryan Gosling types to build us our own painting rooms ten years after we’ve left them to pursue more sensible paths in life, I’d suggest you go sooner rather than later so as to snatch up a supply that will last longer than most real life love affairs.
