Lanny’s Nails – $22 mani/pedi

I recently took a short walk down my street to the new nail salon that had just gone in next to the place selling cheap hair extensions (I don’t exactly live in Malibu…) and was SHOCKED to find this little hole in the wall charging $14 for a simple manicure. The whole point of whole-in-the-wall mani/pedi places is that they’re cheap! $14 isn’t exactly breaking the bank, but I seriously don’t think you should ever pay more than, say, $10-12 on a basic manicure.
Anyway, since most places these days charge upwards of $30 for a mani/pedi combo, I have reluctantly decided to share with you the best kept secret on Beverly Blvd – Lanny’s Nails still only charges $22 for a mani/pedi, and their work is consistent and quality. They’re open 7 days a week and walk-ins are welcome.
